Figure out what’s next
My career coaching helps young professionals identify the right next step in their career.
People typically come to me when they’re dissatisfied at work, but not sure what to do next.
They're normally a few years into a well-regarded path but questioning the direction they are heading.
They work with me when they want someone with depth and experience to help them understand themselves, evaluate their options — and then take that next step.
Who I work with
My approach
We’ll walk through a process of reflection, focusing on two main areas:
Self understanding - Together we will explore what you want and need from your work. We will do that by understanding your values, what motivates you, and what kind of work you really enjoy.
Assessing options - Using that new self-understanding, we will assess potential options and I will help you decide on the right next step.
My approach is rooted in my experience:
As a coach trained by Erickson Coaching International and Co-Active.
As an ex-Boston Consulting Group and Tony Blair Institute consultant.
As someone who thinks a lot about how to craft a more rewarding working life (see my blog and podcast)
How it works
My typical coaching structure involves:
Fortnightly 1-hour coaching sessions (online)
Take-away exercises for you between sessions
Unlimited support via email
