I’m passionate about doing rewarding work. I also care about crafting a life that’s about much more than work. In my career coaching, I support others to do the same.

To help me do this, I’ve received training from two of the world’s leading coaching institutes: Erickson Coaching International and the Co-Active Training Institute.

Before working as a career coach, I worked at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and the Tony Blair Institute, advising leaders in the world’s top organisations on strategy and operations.

But who am I?

I'm Irish, but I currently spend most of my time in Girona (Spain).

My family, friends, and partner are the most important things to me. I also love the outdoors - particularly cycling and hiking - and I’m a bookworm.
